Shipping Information:

I will do my best to ship orders within one day. In the event of high volume ordering, orders will be shipped as they come in with an estimated shipping time of 3/5 business days from the date orders are received.

Shipping for domestic orders:

Orders between $00.01 to $24.99 are $4.50; Orders between $25.00 and $39.99 are $5.50; Orders between $40.00 and $69.99 are $6.95; Orders between $70.00 and $99.99 are $8.50; Orders between $100.00 and $124.99 are $10.00; Orders between $125.00 and $149.99 are $12.50; Orders between $150.00 and $199.00 are $15.00; Orders above $200 will be weighed to calculate shipping costs.

Shipping will be sent through the United States Postal Service First Class Mail and/or Priority Mail.

International Orders:

Your order will be packed and weighed for actual shipping fees. An invoice will be mailed to you reflecting the total of your order, as well as the actual shipping costs, together with insurance fees. If you agree with the invoice, it will be billed via Paypal. Your order will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order for a store credit. All products must be returned in their original unopened packaging. A Touch of Grace - Paper Boutique wants you to be happy with your order. If any merchandise is defective, we will be happy to refund you for the defective merchandise. The defective merchandise must be returned unopened in its original packaging. Upon inspection of the returned damaged merchandise, you will be contacted as to whether you want to exchange it, receive a store credit, or a refund. PLEASE NOTE, the metal stencils bend very easily if not removed from the packaging properly. No refunds will be issued if it is determined that the stencil was damaged when removing from the packaging. Damaged merchandise must be returned within seven days for exchange, credit or refund.

All orders are sales tax exempt, with the exception of Florida. As a Florida business, by law we charge sales tax to Florida residents only.

A Touch of Grace - Paper Boutique makes no warranty for any of the products it sells. Any buyer who purchases from A Touch of Grace - Paper Boutique agrees and understands that.

A Touch of Grace - Paper Boutique is not responsible for any damages, injuries, loss of use, or profits, etc. to Buyer as a result of any product purchased from Seller.
